Since early September 2020, Fonterra GDT dairy product prices have risen. On 15 September 2020 the composite price rose 3.6% versus the start of the month.
This reflects improved demand in key export markets after earlier price pressure. EPIKO monitors GDT results as an important indicator when assessing the raw milk market.
